1. Returns and Refunds
   • Cancellation of order: Orders once placed will not be exchanged or cancelled.
   • Damaged Product reporting:
     • We recommend that the buyer be present during delivery and installation.
     • If the order/s arrives in a damaged condition, bring it to the notice of the Delivery & Installation team immediately. The team will assess the damage, and depending on the extent of damage, will attempt to repair and install to your satisfaction.
     • If the damaged order cannot be repaired on-the-spot, a decision will be arrived at by our team at ODETOCREATION within a period of 21 working days. The product/s will be then either be repaired or replaced which totally depends upon the discretion of the team of ODETOCREATION.
     • In case a manufacturing defect is detected later to installation, the same is needed to be reported with the support of clear photographs, written description in details, and the order number to Customer Care at ________________ Or mail us at ______________. We will verify the authenticity of the defect (based upon the compliance of process done by the buyer as the same shall be binding as part and parcel of the verification process) and if found genuine, will attempt resolution.
   • Warranty:
     • All products are covered under ___ year warranty for manufacturing defects (except Polyurethene, PVC, Leather Fabric parts or any Upholstery material).
     • If it is found that any physical damage to a product has been caused due to negligence or mishandling by the customer, we will not be obliged to initiate a replacement, refund or a credit note even if it is within the ____ year warranty period.
   • Damaged Product resolution:

10.4.1 If accepted, we will attempt resolution for product with manufacturing damage in one of the following ways, at our own discretion. The Warranty conditions will apply for charges and the mode of resolution. Any cost incurred shall be paid by the buyer as we will not be responsible for the any of such costs.

• Modification of product: We strictly recommends against the modification of any of its products whether in part or whole.
• Refunds:
  • In case the product is out of stock, we offer the customer a choice of an alternate product of similar value. If the customer does not like the alternate product offered then a credit note will be issued amounting to the product price and shipping cost if applicable. Or, the full value (product value + shipping cost if applicable) will be refunded within 21 working days.
  • If applicable and confirmed to the buyer in writing, we will refund the price of product for products paid for by you in the bank account details provided by you.
